-Since many items are custom no returns will be accepted. 

-For certain custom item requests a nonrefundable deposit will be required.

-If an item is damaged in transit, buyer must file a claim with the shipping company including photos of the damage.

-Since many items are custom and/or made to order the item may vary slightly from the items pictured.
